Parr Fold Exterior Cleaning – Terms and Conditions

1. Services Provided

Parr Fold Exterior Cleaning agrees to provide pressure washing services as outlined in the service agreement or estimate provided to the customer. Any additional services requested may incur extra charges.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due within 30 days of completion.

3. Property Condition

Customer agrees to clear the work area of obstacles, fragile items, and personal property prior to the scheduled service. If any obstacles are left on the property a £20 fee will be added for the movement of these obstacles. Parr Fold Exterior Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage to surfaces or items in the work area.

4. Surface Risks

Pressure washing can expose or worsen pre-existing conditions such as loose paint, damaged siding, or deteriorating surfaces. Parr Fold Exterior Cleaning is not responsible for damage resulting from such conditions.

5. Water and Power Access

Customer agrees to provide access to an adequate water source and electrical outlet.

6. Weather Conditions

In the event of inclement weather, Parr Fold Exterior Cleaning reserves the right to reschedule the service for safety reasons.

7. Liability and Insurance

Parr Fold Exterior Cleaning carries liability insurance for its services. However, we are not liable for damages resulting from conditions beyond our control or for damages caused by failure to disclose potential risks.

8. Warranty and Satisfaction

We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify us within 48 hours of completion to address concerns. No warranties are expressed or implied unless stated in writing.

9. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A cancellation fee of £25 may apply for short-notice cancellations.

10. Waste

During the process we will collect any waste and debris into bags. It is the customers responsibility to dispose of these bags as they see fit.

11. Travel

If there is long distance travel we reserve the right to charge a fuel fee.

12. Image creation

If there is any issue with us filming or photos on site please make us aware before we start working.

13. Minimum Fee

For smaller jobs a minimum fee of £90 will be charged as travel and general costs will need to be adhered.

14. Agreement

By accepting an estimate or scheduling services, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
